Triple W (Weekend Workout Warrior)

I'm not a weekend warrior by any means because I work out 6-7 times a week. That being said, I think the weekend is a great opportunity to give the old workout a little extra oomph. Today, I dedicated 2 hours to circuits
15 min elliptical (allows me to work at a higher intensity than usual)
Shoulders (3 sets)
15 min elliptical
Back exercises (3 sets)
15 min elliptical
Abs
