45 minutes elliptical

Set 1-
10 jump squats
10 lunges right leg
10 lunges left leg
** repeat 3x**

Set 2-
10 dead rows w/ challenging weight
10 bent over fly's w/ challenging weight
10  dead rows w/ challenging weight
** repeat 3x**

Set 3-
10 chest presses on balance ball w/ challenging weight
10 standing shoulder presses w/ challenging weight
10 push ups (on knees)
** repeat 3x**

I am so sore!! But it feels good to get a whole body workout in, especially since yesterday was a rest day.
