I'm Jules and welcome to my corner of the world wide web. This blog started out as a way to track my progress losing weight. I have lost over 50 pounds and I'm here to share how I'm doing it, what helps my success and what doesn't. I am a hardcore fitness addict- I love the gym and working out, eating healthfully most of the time and generally focusing on health.  I recently added a style file page too!
